Granola

 Homemade Granola is indeed an extremely healthy way of snacking and being full. Ideal as a take away on a long car journey or after a nice and heavy workout or a swim.
 I have always played around with Oats and dry fruits and do enjoy it from time to time. Trail mix is one of my favourites. Just made this following a jumble of recipes to suit the ingredients I had at home. I loved Rachel's recipe from Kawaiisweetworld. I adore her recipes but that's when while searching further I came across this which had almost all the additional ingredients that I had at home as well.

I am having them while I scribble this down. I have used chopped almonds, cranberries, rice crispies, dry guava bits, a spoonful of chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds. Feel free to mix and match.
