Potato Wedges
So today was a day for binging and toying around with loads of dry herbs and spices. I made a Kopycat version of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)
well almost KFC chicken. It is all over the net, hence tried one with a mix and match that resembled and came closest to the original in my opinion. Recipe is now guarded and was a hit with the children at home for the summer.
Need to do an encore with the entire section of the chicken that includes thighs, breast and drumsticks. In my recipe I just had breasts at home.
I also did a pending bakealong recipe that I am a part of http://www.fondbites.com/bake-along-76-baked-potato-wedges/ Potato Wedges. It's just vanished!!! My home has this alluring aroma emanating from the oven after this bake-the Italian seasoning and the melted cheese!
Kids loved it, I did it too! I kept the skin on.
