Creamy Cauliflower and Peas

In a little bit of oil, add in finely chopped onions and tomatoes. As they get nice and mushy, add in a bit of ginger garlic paste. To this add your cleaned and parboiled florets of cauliflower. Always ensure that you clean the cauliflower well in some warm water, there are tiny worms at times embedded in them which we could miss under normal running water. Add in a tiny tsp. of chilly powder(optional) I have added the chilly powder. As they slightly change in flavour, add in some peas and adequate salt.
Add some fresh cream and dilute the dish a bit with milk or water when the dish is almost on its last stage of cooking. As we have used parboiled cauliflower we do not need to cook the dish for too long.
Crush some dry Kasuri Methi over the creamy dish. You can add poppy seeds/khus-khus as well to the dish( I haven't)

Serve with rotis and dal.
This is a nice non-spicy dish. If you require more spice, add in a bit of garam masala and a tsp. more of chilly powder. Swirl it all about, do check for seasoning. Adjust accordingly!
