Mint- Cilantro -Green Chilly Chicken

 The breast pieces of the chicken were taken, cleaned, use the meat tenderizer (kitchen tool)and flatten each breast and set aside. A ground spice with mint-cilantro-green chillies were rubbed against the breasts. It was meant to be kept for a longer duration but I got delayed with some personal work, hence the dish lacked something concrete towards the end and I had to take it earlier than the usual time left for any dish in its marinade.

Once taken, I rubbed salt, ginger garlic paste and chilly powder. In a tbsp of olive oil, this piece of chicken was left to grill in its own juices.
 As it cooked through, I drizzled in some sweet chilly sauce and sprinkled fresh pepper powder.
 Do taste for flavour and seasoning. Enjoy the dish on its own by squeezing some lime over it.
