Pineapple and Cucumber Chutney

I have already posted on how to make the dosas and red chilly chutney in an earlier post/posts so will not repeat that but here is a new one on my pineapple with cucumber chutney.

Dice a few pineapple and cucumber, blend them coarsely with a handful of grated coconut, pepper corns,ginger,garlic,peanuts,almonds,green chilly,cumin seeds and salt. Do not make a paste of the ingredients, You can use a tbsp of water to help with the blending. Add a dash of lime as well once the chutney is done. It went well with these Kutti(tiny) dosas (fermented lentil pancakes).
It can be used as a dip or a spread on your bread slices.
