Creamy Fruit Salad

As simple as it looks, the taste is absolutely creamy, crunchy and complex owing to the various fruits that go into its making. The assortment of fruits is to your discretion-but I would avoid banana and oranges in this creamy fruit salad.

I've used apples, pomegranate, pineapple and pears. Diced them finely and set them aside. In a heavy bottom vessel, I have just heated some cream(I've used Amul), I've allowed the cream to just get a lil' bit warm and then poured in some condensed milk(again used Amul Mithai Mate) after the former was turned off. With the help of my balloon whisk, I combined the two-the cream and the condensed milk, so that they would loosen up a bit without forming any lumps.
Remember, the condensed milk gives the thickness and sweetness to the fruit salad, so you have to be careful on how much you use, do keep in mind that every fruit you use has its own sugar content, you can avoid the cream totally from the dish and just use condensed milk(no need to heat it). Once the mixture of cream and condensed milk has cooled down pour it over the finely diced fruits, serve it in bowls of choice and serve them chilled preferably!
