Macaroni with Cheese

Cook the elbow pasta till al dente and keep it aside.Then in a wok,drizzle in a tbsp of Olive oil and toss in any of your favourite veggies with ginger garlic paste and a few sauces of your choice, I have added only tomatoes and onions as the veggies and soy sauce, tomato sauce and chilly vinegar, salt and pepper.  Then add in the cooked pasta.

As this was my son's lunch for school, I did add in some chicken mince which I have done in an earlier post and stirred them all well so as to give this homogenous spread. Garnished with some shredded mozarella, didn't melt the cheese. Do add in a few spring onions as well. Enjoy!
