Stufffed Chillies with a twist












The Mashed Potato recipe is given in the previous post-Red chicken with Aloo Parathas.

Jeera Rice-In a wok, throw in a tsp of ghee,a piece of cinnamom, to it add some cumin(jeera) seeds and mustard seeds, along with some finely chopped onions, saltt to taste and some shredded ginger. Let them all turn slightly brown and then toss in your cooked rice/left-over rice. Check for salt.
