Stuffed Corn and Cheese Parathas/Rotis/Chapathis









Knead the required dough with Multigrain Wheat flour/Atta with some warm water, salt, a tbsp of ghee/oil and a tbsp of dry Kasuri Methi Leaves. knead it a soft and pliable dough.

For the Stuffing-Take some American or Frozen corn, thaw it, wash it well and grind it coarsely with two slices of flavoured cheese,a finely chopped green chilly, some cilantro, shredded ginger and salt. Pay heed to the salt being added here as your dough has salt, the slices of cheese  have salt so reduce at this point. Stuff them as shown in the pictures and then flatten them out with your rolling pin on a clean surface.

You can flatten it to whatever thickness you prefer, there is no hard and fast rule. Cook it over the griddle, you can dab oil as I have shown, perhaps alternatively or you can keep the parathas dry...a healthier option.Can be enjoyed with some raita and pickle. If you have more time, go for some vegetable or non-veg side dish.
