A Rocky and Muddy No Bake cake

Was totally inspired to do this dessert as early as half past five...Why 'cause it was the youngest (among us siblings) member's birthday today.

Took some left over cake(the cake can be replaced with classic tea biscuits)-I used butter cake, broke it down into tiny pieces, add some crushed cashewnuts, cornflakes (original flavour) and some muesli, merged them all together with melted dark chocolate and melted butter, whisked in an egg as well. They would look very rocky and sandy/muddy at this point.

Take a nice bread loaf tin, line it with your parchment paper and neatly arrange it into the tin, spoon down the contents, without leaving any gaps behind. Keep it to set in your fridge for a couple of hours or you could cheat like me by placing it in the freezer as I wanted to upload the pics so that Tanish could view them the first thing he wakes up...

Once the rocky dessert looks solid, drizzle in some melted chocolate mixed with icing sugar. I have just run the tips of my fork in a criss-cross manner through the set icing to give a very ugly, muddy texture!

Enjoy with some mangoes for contrast. This is a very sweet dish, so BEWARE! or BE AWARE of what you are eating...
