Patties(baked) and grilled Aubergines
They are shaped and laid out on a cling wrap, they can be placed in the fridge for half an hour before baking them, that helps to hold/bind them without disintergrating. |
Lay out your parchment paper or an aluminium foil on the baking tray and brush some olive oil on it with your swathering brush on it before laying each patty on the tray. |
Adjust and set the temperature of your oven acordingly to the bake and later grill mode. It shouldn't take much time, should be done in fifteen to twenty minutes, till you get a crispy crust. |
The green rose is made with cucumber shavings done with a peeler. I just overlapped each shaving over the previous one to form this green rose. |
