Honey and Chilly flakes in Chicken

Some shredded, boneless chicken is being marinated here with Sweet and Sour Tomato sauce,Worcester sauce, lemon and pepper powder,a tbsp of lime juice,ginger-garlic paste,green chilly paste/sauce,salt to taste. I've just added to it some sliced green bell peppers,finely chopped left over onions and carrots and place it in the fridge.This was in this marinade for around four hrs.

Spray your wok with oil and saute the marinated chicken in this. As it cooks and starts to turn whiter in colour, add a tbsp or more of chilly flakes, let it cook and sort of get crispy in this, cover it with a  lid, thus it cooks in its own water. Remove the lid after a while, then pour a nice big tbsp of honey and thus in the honey the chicken caramelizes and gets crispier and spicier with the chilly flakes your've sprinkled in. Check for salt and spice. Add some lemon zest for a tangy flavour.



Mine looks dry as I add very less oil for optimal health, but you can add more oil or make it more flavoursome...Enjoy! not just the eating part but the cooking part as well! :)
