Falooda




Opened the Falooda mix and followed step by step the directions written on the cover. Mixed and kept the falooda mix aside for around twenty minutes in half a cup of cold water.

Cooked some semiya and then drained it and washed it off with cold water. set aside.
For serving-first layer the glass with the falooda mix,then the semiya, then the cold milk and on top decorate it with a scoop or two of a contrasting colour ice-cream. I have not used the icecream. Instead I have cut some fruits and mixed it with the falooda mix.
Try to avoid adding extra sugar. I believe the falooda mix has sugar in it.
Enjoy this wonderful drink. Serve it chilled.
