Saute diced onions,broccoli,potatoes(I used it again as they were the left over of the kilo I bought the other day-check my potato with peanuts in a previous post recipe),chicken salami( you can used some remnants of a roasted chicken in lieu of the salami) in a tbsp of olive oil. Crush some garlic and rosemary over them. Add some basil and parsley as well. Infact, add whatever vegetables you like-Zucchini/coloured bell peppers will make your dish more presentable! While it is lightly frying,add a tbsp of flour as well. |
