Wheat Spaghetti with a mint and tomato in yogurt dip



Wheat Spaghetti cooked with Zucchini, basil,olives(deseeded black and green),tomatoes, onions and garnished with Parmesan cheese. Add spice or other condiments to your taste. The Flavour is a personal choice!


Cut a few veggies which have a nice crunchy texture. The dip is made by blending Curd, Onions, a sprig of mint leaves, tomato, a green chilly, salt and a tsp of olive oil.
