Wheat Spaghetti with a mint and tomato in yogurt dip
Cut a few veggies which have a nice crunchy texture. The dip is made by blending Curd, Onions, a sprig of mint leaves, tomato, a green chilly, salt and a tsp of olive oil. |
This was a sincere urge which I had been nursing for years...to leave behind a part of me for those whose lives have brushed mine and to those who love me so dearly.The inspiration came from the sudden loss of a loved one which was an eye opener for me...cause there is alwys something that others who knew us would feel was...unsaid or undone after we move on from this world.
