This was a sincere urge which I had been nursing for years...to leave behind a part of me for those whose lives have brushed mine and to those who love me so dearly.The inspiration came from the sudden loss of a loved one which was an eye opener for me...cause there is alwys something that others who knew us would feel was...unsaid or undone after we move on from this world.

This is an unassuming fruit where I come from-Cantaloupe or Musk Melon, almost like a Health Drink after an hour of my Yoga class!! Yummy!
