Green Mango Chamandhy

We are getting started with the basic ingredients for this chutney/Chamandhy



Raw mango(dice to your requirement, the whole mango is not needed),a few shallots, a tsp of cumin seeds, peppercorns, salt to taste, green chillies as per your spice requirement, a pod of garlic


You may dice your mango, slit your green chilly, do add salt and then into your mixie/food processor


This is the consistency we want, pls don't make it watery! you may add a tablespoon of water to allow the raw ingredients to mix



Voila! you may eat this along with Kanji(rice gruel-a simple farmer's meal) or along with your rice and Papads(the crisps shown on the right) Just a small tip-try to microwave your papads instead of deep frying them! Less tastier but definitely healthier!
