Mirchi Pakora Chaat

One of my favourite songs is in the link above.
Went for a real dumb movie the other day. I think the only best thing that happened that night was this Chaat/Street snack that my husband and I shared.
If I got the name right... it is a Mirchi Pakora Chaat. A spicy stuffed chilly slid into a chick pea flour batter and deep fried. Do Check online on how to prepare them as there are other spices/condiments added to flavour this street food.
The seeds within the chillies have to be extracted to reduce the heat, but I don't think our man at the Chaat centre did so because it was extremely HOT n SPICY!!!
Ha ha, we started off the movie with this dish which led to both of us finishing a bottle of water, buying another one and we were making all weird noises in the dark owing to the heat in the Mirchis/chillies. I don't know what's with sticking out the tongue at a certain angle that reduces the heat of any spicy dish...weird huh?
The husband gave up after a while, I continued to relish the dish in parts. Most definitely a must try dish.
Those who are not comfortable with the heat of the chilly, please refrain from ordering this.
The pictures above were taken just to have a look at the Chaat counter which is seen close to Weave at Express Avenue Mall, Royapettah,Chennai
Ta Da!
I am not sure of the cost as the husband bought it for me.
The latest Malayalam movie of Dileep's was such a let down, not worth the money and a whole load of crap!!! Don't these people read their scripts to accept roles? I guess they do it just for the money!
