 When you are pounding/grinding your cardamom/elaichi for any bakes or any other recipe and you have left over peels of the same, store them in your tea container. Mix it well. This sort of flavours the tea when it is brewing.

Do this just in case you have some left-overs. You can also use them in boiling water while the tea making is in process alone with finely chopped ginger.

    1. Yup! another one is to place them in tiny ziplocks when we go out especially if we have bad breath and pop them like how you do :)
