Mildly Spiced Chicken & Tofu In Spinach Marinade

The same spinach marinade which was ground for the Idlis was used to marinate these tofus and kept overnight. |
This was the knife used to slice through the tofu/cottage cheese. This knife can be used to slice carrots,radish,cucumber etc as garnish against your food for presentation. |
