Mildly Spiced Chicken & Tofu In Spinach Marinade


This is another pic of the same Spicy Spinach Idlis that I had made the other day.

The same spinach marinade which was ground for the Idlis was used to marinate these tofus and kept overnight.


This was the knife used to slice through the tofu/cottage cheese. This knife can be used to slice carrots,radish,cucumber etc as garnish against your food for presentation.


Chicken was also marinated with the same spinach paste and kept overnight in the fridge, I did add some fresh ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chilly powder and a tsp. of garam masala. Later both the tofu and chicken were grilled/shallow fried.
