Grilled Tofu

The Tofu was cut like so and so were the potatoes made as wedges. I used Zaiqa The Spice Store's Al-Fahm BBQ/Grill masala to marinate these, did add salt as well. The instructions are given overleaf of the masala cover. They were later pan grilled and I used lightly toasted sesame seeds while plating.
