Mutton Lazeez Pepper Masala


 Lamb/Mutton was cleaned and cubed and Zaiqa's Lazeez Pepper Masala was used to obtain this result. Followed the recipe as given by Zaiqa-The Spice Store behind her masala packet.
She had requested to use ghee, but as I am not very fond of the smell of ghee and for health reasons, I avoided that step. I am sure skipping that ghee part does make a difference to the authentic taste it ought to give. I also added a few slices of boiled potatoes to give it more volume. Garnished the dish with a few sprigs of mint. Mom always told me that lamb and mint made a great combo!
Served it along with some Fettucine. Not the best of combos, but wanted to use stuff that I already had at home and what the family would enjoy.
