Ragi Pancakes/dosas
I have instant Ragi Dosa Mix which I like to make once in two months as ironically, I am not particularly fond of this very healthy cereal known as Ragi or Finger millet. I also prepare the Ragi Puttu made from the Ragi flour. It is an acquired taste.
Trust me Ragi is of high nutritional value and is often given to young toddlers.
This time following the instructions of adding enough water, salt and finely chopped onions and green chillies to make a batter,I've made Ragi dosas. In between each dosa I spread some minced mutton that I had made.
This lifted the otherwise boring dosas to another level. I call them now as my Ragi Pancakes :)
Do try it out at home and enjoy with other fillings interspersing the dosas placed one on top of the other.
Three pancakes at a time is pretty to look at. Try to make thin ones, mine got a bit thick, nevertheless it was tasty!
