Spicy Baby Potatoes
Take baby potatoes, give them a good rinse and boil them. I have left the skin on, the choice is yours.
In your grinder, grind a tbsp. of coriander seeds, two dry red chillies, a clove of garlic, a bit of ginger and a tsp. of cumin seeds with a bit of water.
Take a desired sauce pan or vessel, add a tbsp. of oil, allow a handful of diced onions brown in them, then add the ground masala, once the raw smell reduces, add in the boiled potatoes and a tbsp.of dry Kasuri Methi leaves and toss them all about so as the spice coats evenly over the potatoes, do add the required amount of salt and then drizzle in some cream. As the cream heats a bit and you feel the potatoes seem pretty and done, take it off the heat.If you want it more spicy, do add a tsp. of chilly powder.
Serve it as a starter with your beverage or as a side dish to your rice/rotis.
Enjoy!
