A Christmas Dessert

RECIPE UPDATED A while ago :)
Hello there! especially those of you who do not like to bake and clean up after that buttery mess (like me!), this is a no-bake dish.
 Love your tea biscuits?
Well smash those Marie biscuits after placing them in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin or powder them coarsely in your food processor along with two tbsps. of cocoa powder, all kinds of nuts of your choice(I have used pistachios and cashewnuts),  melted butter,a tbsp of nutella and drizzle in honey slowly as they combine within the processor.
The melted butter and honey helps to combine the mixture. You can either roll it into balls or do as I have done...

Extract the coarse powder from the processor and place them into a cling film and form a log shape within the cling film and tightly bind both the ends of the cling film like a sweet wrapper. Keep it compact and in the fridge for around two or three hours.

Once set, you can slice them or scoop some of the powder and add it along with a scoop of ice-cream of your choice. I have added some flakes of almonds for decorative purpose or for garnish!
You can also top the entire log with some whipped cream, melted chocolate or some nice flavoured piping over which you can slice some contrasting fruit-like kiwi slices or strawberry slices! Serve it as a cold dessert
Recipe to be shared soon...

Please remember I prefer to eyeball most of the ingredients when I add them as I cook, hence I do avoid giving too many measurements to you readers. It's always a trial and errror in the kitchen :)

Quoting what somebody said once, "I like a cook who smiles out loud and when he/she tastes his/her own work, Let God worry about your modesty, I want to see your enthusiasm." and that's me-The enthusiastic but very Inconsistent Chef :)
