One of the simplest sandwiches taught to me by my mother when I was a teenager were these easy to make Coriander sandwiches. Take a bunch of fresh cilantro/coriander leaves, after a good rinse, pat dry and place the leaves in a food processor along with two pearls of garlic, green chillies(to your liking), a little bit of ginger, pepper corns, salt and a tbsp or two of water and grind it to a paste or as shown in the picture. Once the ground mix is ready ensure that you squeeze half a lime over it to keep it fresh. Mix it thoroughly with a spoon so that the lime blends through. |
