Chicken Seekh Kebabs

Whisk about two eggs along with pepper,salt,chilly powder into some minced chicken which is lightly sauteeing with finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste in a skillet. Add a tbsp. of cumin powder, about four tbsps. of flaked almonds or cashewnuts and a tbsp. of garam masala. Add two tbsps. of oil as well and mix all these thoroughly with a potato smasher.
I did run this mix,once cooled in my food processor to further combine it along with a tsp of besan/gram flour.



Add some finely chopped cilantro and mix the cooled mixture with your fingertips. Dabbing your palms with water(with wet hands) to form the shapes for the kebabs. Wrap them neatly around skewers and then cook it in your tandoor or do as I have done over the skillet. From time to time baste it with some butter or oil to keep it moist.

 Do serve it with lemon wedges and onion rings.
Long beans were cut to an inch long each along with apples and tossed about in lemon juice,finely chopped spring onions, salt and pepper. It was served as a side dish along with the kebabs.
