A Cheesy- Eggy-Salami Sandwich

So here's my checkered sandwich-slices of brown bread were dipped in a mix of eggs with salt and pepper and grated Cheddar cheese and chlly flakes. I toasted the egg-cted slices on my griddle which has those grill marks, placed the breads in a criss-cross maner after each side got lightly toasted so as to form a grid or a checkered slice as shown in the pic. 

After the slices were toasted and almost grilled with the egg-cheese coating, I've sandwiched them with salami and cut a few slices of tomatoes  as well and served the sandwich with mustard sauce.

That's it! Served with some fresh strawberries as well,Enjoy!
