Happy Onam!

Here is wishing all my dear readers/fellow bloggers a very Happy Onam a special wish coming my way to all the Malayalis all over the world reading this.

As I lost my father quite recently, this year I refrain from any major feasting! But do believe if he were around, I could just visualize him hogging somewhere on this festive occasion. I really didn't like his policy of "Living to Eat"  ...but I guess that maketh that man's personality :(

I have on individual occasions posted various recipes on previous posts so do go through them and make a wonderful feast of all those accompaniments-Aviyal,thoran,some stir-fry,Injipuli,sambhar,Moru,Eriserry,Theeyal, the works...Srry they are not indexed well but do browse through and you would get some of the recipes in detail with pictures.
