Star Fruit Three Tier Dessert

Another three tier dessert ensemble-the base is the typical biscuit crumble along with melted butter, rub them in to resemble bread crumbs and set them tightly in the container of your choice and let it set in the fridge.
Then pour the melted dark chocolate, with unsalted butter over the set biscuit base. Let that also set in the fridge. The top most layer has fresh cream in which three to four fresh strawberries were blended in and two nice tbsp of icing sugar was added in as well to sweeten the cream. Spread this creamy mixture over the layer of the set chocolate, thus giving us the three tier effect.
Serve with fruits of your choice, I have used starfruit, strawberries and my homemade chocolate balls(Recipe will follow in another post)
