Chicken Breasts on A Veg Platter



Whenever I feel like having a barbecue, this is what I do...I don't have a proper barbecue thingie...but will surely invest in one when the venue changes as I live amidst a lot of vegans in my apartment, I do respect that privacy and them when it comes to non-veg emanating from my open balcony/home while barbecuing. So I did it my style!
Marinated florets of cauliflower and broccoli, paneer(tofu), green bell peppers,potatoes and onions which were all diced in chunks into some curd blended with finely chopped coriander,ginger-garlic paste,green chillies, salt and pepper and chilly flakes.These were kept aside for a long while and then in a griddle without applying too much oil, I got all these vegggies sort of barbecued to my liking.


Served it like so as a veg platter, If you place them over a nice barbecue , you would get a charred effect,


These are chicken breasts that I marinated in ginger-garlic,salt, pepper,some lime,sweet and sour tomato sauce,chilly sauce and some finely chopped cilantro and  were dredged in my usual breadcrumbs infused with herbs and cooked over the griddle on a slow flame until cooked evenly and served over the veg platter.
