Stuffed Sandwiches

There is a recipe on chicken mince stuffing, you can use that, also the cutlet/pattie recipe is good as well(Check Mar 25th, 9th,11th and 27th), once the mince is properly cooked, that can be stuffed as shown using the sandwich maker/ toaster shown below. Vegans can go in for a paneer/tofu filling or mashed potatoes or corn and mushroom. Recipes are given in some earlier posts.
