Pleated Rotis with Corn kernels











Usual kneading of ordinary rotis just that I have pleated them. At each point you can oil the rotis with ghee/oil. I haven't done so for health reasons.
This makes the rotis flaky. Follow each pic for flattening out the roti/paratha.
I've served it with corn-take the corn kernels add it into a skillet with a tsp of olive oil,a tsp of spicy chicken masala,diced red peppers,an onion,finely chopped spring onions, salt and pepper and finish the dish with a dash of lime.

Remember you can make it tastier by using ghee while pleating the rotis. Also while frying them over the griddle you can coat it with oil to get a more glossy effect. Enjoy!
