Peas Parathas with Chicken mince-Lunch Box Ideas


Fresh Peas blitzed with cilantro, salt,ginger-garlic paste, a tbsp of ghee/oil,warm water, green chilly were kneaded with the Multipurpose flour and set aside for a while. Later they were flattened out to get the parathas as shown in the picture.





I've added some cheese spread on one side and then in the centre I laid out the chicken mince(recipe in an earlier post) with a few veggies
