Grilled Chicken Over Mashed Potatoes


A Chicken breast was taken and marinated with ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilly powder was rubbed over it along witha pinch of garam masala and lime juice. This was st aside for an hour or more, then taken and grilled/tawa fried with a bit of oil.Flip the other side till both sides were cooked evenly. It was neatly laid out on mashed potato. No rice was served with this dish owing to the carbs in the potato.

Potatoes were boiled and then mashed, it was then put into a food processor and mixed well with a tbsp of milk, salt and pepper and a tsp of oregano. Check the seasoning, if not satisfied with the bland taste, add more pepper powder or a few roasted masala peanuts. It should be creamy.
