Mango-Choco-Creamo-the Weirdo in me has just baptised a new disho!


Soak a tbsp of gelatin in some warm water and keep aside.

Melt some dark chocolate and fold in some fresh cream with a tbsp of sugar. Add half the gelatin to it and swirl the cream around. Keep aside. Ifyou feel iti s too thick, pur in a tbsp of milk.

Blend some fresh diced fresh mango with cream and a tbsp of sugar. Fold them around. Add the other half of the gelatin to this mango pulp mix.

Take your desired dessert serving bowl and layer them as I did, mango cream-chocolate cream followed by mango cream or the other way around. Let it set in the fridge. When you are about to serve it, decorate it with some slivers of mango/chocolate sprinkles or a colour coordinated wafer.

You may taste your dish before you place it in the fridge, mine was a bit too sugary as I lost track of the sugar I put in owing to some multi-tasking in the kitchen, now that you should try to avoid as an over sweet dish will not go down well with your guests/family!
