Hors d'oeuvre

This snack often reminds me of an advertisement I
had watched as a child where the secretary takes a tray of tea-time snacks for her boss, but by the time she reaches her boss' room...the tray is empty. She has gobbled them down! :)

So, I've used some salted bisuits as shown in the pic. Took two tomatoes, two green chillies, roasted groundnuts, adequate salt,cilantro and have given it a blitz in the processor.
Do not make it mushy, it should remain crunchy, once the mix is scooped out of the processor, squeeze a dash of lime over the mix, then spoon it over the salted biscuits. You can lay out a piece of cheese either over the mix or under the mix on the biscuit. This can be served as an appetizer or along with your drinks.
