Corn Puttu

This is just a pic representation of the corn. I did not manually grind this and obtain the powder.



This is an imitation of my Red Rice Funnel Cake just that I have steamed this Puttu with Corn flour. I have used the brand Double Horse Corn Puttupodi which is available in most of the supermarkets. Follow the same instructions as with Red Rice Puttu. Salt and water are the ingredients that go along with it to prepare the puttu.

Any puttu/funnel cake can be eaten with banana/sugar/ Kadala (chenna) curry or cooked paccha payar(cooked moong dal garnished with with grated coconut) and papads. Follow what your heart and stomach says! :)
