Dosas with Tomato chutney





This is a breakfast teaser chez moi! We all love this and this chutney usually disappears before noon. Very simple ingredients for the chutney -tomatoes, onions, salt and dry red chillies. In a skillet in a little bit of cooking oil, saute the above few ingredients. Once they turn slightly brown/red, set it aside to cool. Once cool, take the entire contents from the skillet and blend it well. The above pics show the red chutney you get after blending.

This can be eaten along with piping hot dosas, can be used as a spread on bread slices or as a dip for dishes. Enjoy!
